I think its less work than doing a reinstall considering that you will need to get all the drivers, all the current updates and then reinstall all your programs. I notice that I can start a couple of them up with extreme perseverance, patience and right-clicking "Run as Administrator" a few times. Thanks! This has been mostly happening with games. weblink
